What gets me are the people who are acting dismissive towards the amount of racism and sexism Kelly received when she was being harassed on IG. Saying things like “how do we know it was racism” or “you all are just assuming”.
Ummm, like if you even went on her page you would see the tremendous amount of racial slurs directed at her and gross comments about her race and gender and how she ruined Star Wars for these fans. And this has been going on for months, so I think it’s fair to assume that that was the cause.
Also racism and sexism still very much exists, they’re not just sjw buzzwords that get flung around.
